" Studying a Film Production & Screenwriting degree has taught me a lot of valuable skills. Being experimental with my skills I worked in various departments such as camera, AD, editing and even documentary making and finally I have come to face my biggest challenge yet; to direct. When I was young I watched a lot of Russian films as I lived in Latvia, which contributed to some of my film ideas I believe. Being inspired by one particular gangster film I saw when I was young I knew that for my final university project it will be gangster themed. In collaboration with a university colleague we came up with Two Drops Too Full, my proudest piece yet."
